Star Diagnostics is a mobile diagnostic company providing state of the art neuro-diagnostic testing. Certified by Medicare as a mobile Independent Diagnostics Testing Facility has allowed us to be open in multiple locations to better serve individuals in the metropolitan and underserved areas.

Our professional and friendly staff only performs EMG’s and Nerve Studies therefore have more experience and knowledge in the field of Electrodiagnositc's than most medical groups. We are here to answer any questions or concerns and welcome your feedback.

Our current locations are based in Texas and include the cities of Dallas, Fort Worth, Ennis, Canton, Tyler, and San Antonio.
